As a third generation resident of the Orange County area, Chris Merritt brings to his profession and his clients' needs an invaluable knowledge of community demographics and trends in this area. Chris Merritt holds a BFA degree from California State University at Long Beach and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, the National Scholastic Honor Society. He is a lifelong resident of the Orange County area.
Chris has twenty-seven years of experience as a full-time Realtor and is engaged as an "active" versus "passive" marketing Realtor, with extensive experience in negotiating contracts. With four years of international business experience in Europe and Africa, Chris is sensitive to the needs and attitudes of foreign-born buyers and sellers.
